EZ2RFscan
BC is in the process of developing a complete RF scanning system named EZ2RFscan that provides real time data collection for DBA Next Generation software. This system uses frequency-hopping spread spectrum terminals that communicate with a wireless base station connected to a computer running DBA. With a range of 3000 ft. this system can cover 50-100K sq. ft. without repeaters depending on building configuration. With an external add-on antenna, you can use these RF terminals outdoors to receive of trucks and control inventory. This system provides inventory control, labor and material issues for jobs, purchase order receipts, and pick, pack and ship capability. The system is designed to control DBA characteristics for Serial, Lot, and VIN control. This is a complete system that updates directly into the DBA tables in real time, no batch mode is used in any way.
